Job Summary:
  • Provide First & Second Level technical support to end users.
  • Administration support and maintain Desktop, Networks and TCP/IP related equipment.
  • Monthly reporting and meeting with IT HOD
  • Asset management and Cybersecurity related matters
  • Contract Position (1 year) – may be renewable based on performance.

Job responsibilities:
  • Support & troubleshoot WINDOWS 7/8, 10, printing backups and other standard pre-defined USB, Serial devices.
  • Handle Windows desktop System supports & troubleshooting (including basic administration, security, networking, backup, monitoring, and virus scan activities) with acceptable knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, Web Services (IIS), DNS & DHCP, Firewall and Network protocols.
  • Good communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willing to travel. (Light)
  • To work under ITIL and ISO 9001 practices
  • Must be alert for any emergency request (24/7)
  • Reporting to Service Delivery Manager/IT Manager/Technical Lead

Candidate requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Windows 7, 8, 10 and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Preferred other skill(s): TCP/IP, DNS, POP/SMTP, Exchange Server 2007, 2010, 2013, Active Directory.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be willing to work in KL City.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Certifications in ITIL Foundation and CompTIA A+ will be an added advantage.
  • Certifications in MCP, MCTS, MCITP, CCNA will be added advantage.
