Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and deal with external and internal customers effectively to ensure daily smooth operation
  • Deal with partners by telephone or electronics medium
  • To be vigilant of calls waiting and helpdesk enquiry, respond positively.
  • Report and escalate reported issue to appropriate departments.
  • To offer relevant information and options to all customers in order to resolve their issue
  • Communicate progress and resolution of issues to internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate and quality response for ISO 9001-2015 audit purposes and compliance.

Job Requirements:
  • • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office & Power Point
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy.
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure
