Responsibilities:
- Liaise and deal with external and internal customers effectively to ensure daily smooth operation
- Deal with partners by telephone or electronics medium
- To be vigilant of calls waiting and helpdesk enquiry, respond positively.
- Report and escalate reported issue to appropriate departments.
- To offer relevant information and options to all customers in order to resolve their issue
- Communicate progress and resolution of issues to internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate and quality response for ISO 9001-2015 audit purposes and compliance.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office & Power Point
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy.
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure
- Applicants must be willing to work on shift; allowance will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jalil.
